CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointment cancellations given less than 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service fee. No call no shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. I understand there are circumstances that are out of your control and may result in a late cancellation or no show and those circumstances will be handled on a case by case basis for 1st time offenders. Repeat (more than 3x) offenders will no longer be able to schedule services. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
